USPS Proposes New Competitive Shipping Prices for 2026
On November 14th, 2025, the USPS® filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) for price changes to key shipping services set to take effect on January 18th, 2026.
As previously announced the USPS® will not be seeking price changes to Market Dominant products for January, the price of a First-Class Stamp will remain unchanged.
Below are the approximate increases by service:
- Priority Mail® - 6.6%
- Priority Mail Express® - 5.1%
- USPS Ground Advantage - 7.8%
- Parcel Select - 6%
The USPS® believes that these increases will better align them with current market conditions while also providing the organization with needed revenue.
