Update: On December 23^rd, 2025, the PCR approved the proposed price changes and the new rates will take effect on January 18th, 2026.

On November 14^th, 2025, the USPS^® filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) for price changes to key shipping services set to take effect on January 18^th, 2026.

As previously announced the USPS^® will not be seeking price changes to Market Dominant products for January, the price of a First-Class Stamp will remain unchanged.

Below are the approximate increases by service:

• Priority Mail^® - 6.6%
• Priority Mail Express^® - 5.1%
• USPS Ground Advantage - 7.8%
• Parcel Select - 6%

The USPS^® believes that these increases will better align them with current market conditions while also providing the organization with needed revenue.
