At FP, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, partners, and employees. We know this is an unsettling time for our nation and our hearts go out to all those impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
With our priorities in mind, our intent is to remain fully operational and continue to provide you with uninterrupted services so we have made some changes to our internal structure in order to accomplish this. All non-essential travel has been halted at this time. We have also reduced the number of employees we have in our office and invested in systems to allow those that are able to work from home to do so. Our shipping and receiving staff will still be in the office but at a lighter capacity. During this temporary transition, we will be slightly changing our Call Center times to 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT but have a number of tools available on our online portal.
We are and will continue to monitor the impact of this rapidly changing situation and will be sure to immediately communicate any changes to our daily operations moving forward.
