FIRST Set Up Your Postage Account BEFORE Installing Your Meter!
When you receive your new postage meter, you can start using it immediately once your postage account is set up. You’ll find instructions here in three easy steps as well as easily accessible on the FP Mailing Solutions website.
When you place your order for an FP Mailing Solutions postage meter, our team will create an account number that you will receive printed on the packing slip shipped with your meter.
Step 1: Create Your MyOneFP Login
It is important that you set up your postage account BEFORE installing your postage meter. Once you receive your new FP Mailing Solutions postage meter, create your MyOneFP login.
Step 2: Set Up Your Account
Set up your account through the MyOneFP Customer Portal using your account number as shown at the top right of the packing slip or invoice included with the shipment of your meter.
Step 3: Log In to Print Postage
Log in to the MyOneFP Customer Portal to add funds and start printing postage right away.
Once your postage account is set up in the MyOneFP Customer Portal and the postage meter is installed, your meter will begin to print postage. Be sure to add postage funds to your account!
FP Mailing Solutions offers three convenient methods to add funds to your postage account once you log in to our customer portal:
- Direct debit – the quickest and fastest way to purchase postage
- Credit card – used to purchase postage, and funds are available immediately for download to your postage meter
- E-check – includes a $7.00 processing fee per transaction and funds are available immediately for download to your postage meter
Remember to set up your postage account in the MyOneFP Customer Portal prior to setting up your new postage meter to start printing postage right away!
