“Our office has never had a problem with the postage meter machine. The customer service is always very helpful. I thought I had a problem with an update, but it ended up being my mistake. I couldn’t tell ounces from pounds. Trish very politely worked with me until we figured it out. She was very understanding. I have spoke with our local post office and they always ask who my meter is though because other businesses in the area never have the current updates in time. I tell anyone who asks that we use FP Mailing Solutions, and I have never had a problem.”
