The main focus of the Professional Services Support Specialist is to provide remote support and services for our dealers and customers. As a member of our Professional Services Team, you will also be responsible for demonstrating and deploying FP Mailing’s OEM Hardware & Software Solutions and Digital Product Solutions to prospective, new and existing customers. The position requires the Specialist to function as a product/service expert, taking ownership of support issues and finding resolutions to those issues, as well as identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
The role will give you an opportunity to build expertise in numerous cutting-edge technologies in a customer facing technical and sales role.
