Summary: As a Lease Sales Administrator, you will work together with both our sales reps and with our dealers to support their ongoing business needs for new and current customers. In this position you will handle sales transactions and administrative support associated with the equipment leasing portion of our business. You will work closely with other functions to support customer needs; this includes individuals from both our organization as well as our preferred leasing partners, in sales, collections, account support, documentation and credit working towards common goals to better serve our customers each day and take our business to new heights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

– Increase leasing business done within FP and FP’s preferred leasing partners by providing exceptional service and offering solutions to both customers and dealers.
-Responsible for lease transactions including but not limited to: install and verification for funding, amendments to documentation and equipment, end of term / buyout quotes to either the dealer or customer.
-Working knowledge and practice of both FP and FP’s Preferred Leasing Partners’ Sales Process, Equipment Pricing, and Dealer Onboarding Process to effectively manage new partnerships and build long-term relationships.
-Process Return Authorizations (RA’s) for equipment to be returned to FP.
-Ensure the accuracy between the reporting information provided by FP’s Leasing Partners and FP’s system information.
Be a point of contact for FP’s leasing programs both internal and to our dealer partners.
-Performs miscellaneous projects for sales as required to help with growth in the territory or involvement in the business unit’s sales initiatives. (i.e. Sales promos, process improvements, etc.).
-Involved in creating rate cards, program agreements, internal communication on program changes, working with Senior Leadership on program development/approval, and other similar duties.
-This candidate must be comfortable communicating with dealers regarding every aspect of their business, and communicating pertinent information to the sales rep, and work to strengthen and maintain those relationships.
-Must become proficient with the portal interface of the lease partners to be able to provide answers on account information and end of term quotes.
-Candidate will participate in sales and revenue meetings.
-May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

-Associates Degree minimum, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
-3 to 5 years of professional administrative experience.
-Experience in database cleansing / reporting / management.
-Knowledge of lease agreements and processes.

Skills / Competencies:

Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative uses strong relationship building and fact finding skills to secure rental and or lease agreements from businesses for postage meters and related products or services through initial contact, sales presentation and closing skills, administrative documentation, and follow-up. This position is primarily responsible for proactive responses to warm leads generated through previously entered on-line inquiries and phone calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responds to assigned warm leads who have expressed an interest in obtaining a postage meter with the goal of turning the lead into a sale.
The Rep should also be finding out more about their mailing habits and how they currently are handling postage within their organization.
Learns the features and benefits of FP postage meters and related offerings as well as the competition.
Understands requirements of selling, promotions, call documentation, quotas, and details.Helps develop and constantly improves upon effective verbal and written scripts to use when contacting prospects and answering to objections.
Based on the needs of the business, explains FP postage meter benefits, advantages and details of a rental agreement with FP, including promotion terms.Makes 60 – 80 calls per day and documents calls by entering notes into FP’s database.(Most are automatically entered)
Follows up with potential customers systematically to answer questions, explain the benefits of going with FP and or using a postage meter as well as encourage them to close the deal.
Secures complete contracts from new customers, verifies data for accuracy and completeness, and submits contracts to the Inside Sales Supervisor for review and processing.
Follows up with customers to solicit further sales from supplies and solve or refer problems.
Prepares reports on sales activities on a daily basis for each month using Microsoft Excel.

Education/Experience/Qualifications
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent or two years of successful experience in Inside Sales with a proven track record of selling.
