Connection problem with OptiMail 30, MyMail, or UltiMail postage meters only.
We are currently experiencing problems with our 800 phone number, which may be programmed in your OptiMail 30, MyMail or UltiMail meter to connect to our TDC system.
If you having difficulty connecting or downloading postage with OptiMail 30, MyMail, or UltiMail, please try changing your TDC phone number to the following (in that order):
Find instructions for changing your TDC number in your meter’s operating manual, or by going to Support for your meter.
